Use the passcode to enter the unit. 2) Open our app and click Check-In. Follow the instructions and you're done! ### Is the deposit refundable and when can I get my refunds? The deposit is refundable upon your check-out, usually within 14 working days. After you check-out from our app, we'll arrange a schedule for room inspection and proceed with the move-out form. Once you've filled in the form and submit back to us, we'll proceed for the refund. ### When should I pay the deposit? You should pay the deposit and any remaining balance during your move-in and check-in. ### Can I upgrade, downgrade or change room after staying for a certain period of time? Yes, we allow you to upgrade, downgrade or change your room. However, it's subject to the room availability. You may upgrade to a higher-tier room or downgrade to a lower-tier room, or switch to another same-tier room. Anyway, if you can't cope with your roommate, whether it's due to hygiene or lifestyle, you're always welcome to contact our team for a room change too. ### What is advance rental? Advance rental is the first month rental which is paid upfront as a proof of your genuine interest to secure and book for the room. It serves as the first month rental during your stay so you'll only be paying your monthly rental from second month onwards. ## Booking - **Booking available:** Yes - **Booking type:** Date Range - **Instant booking:** Yes ## Owner - **Name:** UniHome - **Profile:** https://unihome2u.com/author/unihomemy/ ## WordPress reviews ### HU YUJIE April 15, 2025 · 5.0/5 - **Service:** 5.0/5 - **Value for Money:** 5.0/5 - **Location:** 5.0/5 - **Cleanliness:** 5.0/5 very good ### Bowen Cao December 26, 2024 · 5.0/5 - **Service:** 5.0/5 - **Value for Money:** 5.0/5 - **Location:** 5.0/5 - **Cleanliness:** 5.0/5 The landlord is very nice, the price is affordable, very good, and the community is very comfortable ### LiXiaomei August 4, 2024 · 5.0/5 - **Service:** 5.0/5 - **Value for Money:** 5.0/5 - **Location:** 5.0/5 - **Cleanliness:** 5.0/5 干净，卫生，整洁，安全 ### nianci July 9, 2024 · 5.0/5 - **Service:** 5.0/5 - **Value for Money:** 5.0/5 - **Location:** 5.0/5 - **Cleanliness:** 5.0/5 Clean and neat, all furniture function well and everything provided as shown in the pictures ## Similar listings - [Starhill Luxury Residence – Deluxe Balcony Room A3 & A4](https://unihome2u.com/listing/starhill-luxury-residence-deluxe-balcony-room-a3-a4/) - [Granito Condominium – Premium Room](https://unihome2u.com/listing/granito-condominium-premium-room/) - [The Zen Condominium – Premium Room](https://unihome2u.com/listing/the-zen-condominium-premium-room/) - [Starhill Luxury Residence – Premium Balcony Room A3](https://unihome2u.com/listing/starhill-luxury-residence-premium-balcony-room-a3/) - [Starhill Luxury Residence – Premium Balcony Room A4](https://unihome2u.com/listing/starhill-luxury-residence-premium-balcony-room-a4/) - [Starhill Luxury Residence – Premium Master Room](https://unihome2u.com/listing/starhill-luxury-residence-premium-master-room/) ## Images ![](https://i0.wp.com/unihome2u.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Starhill-Single-Room.jpg?fit=5120%2C3840&ssl=1) ![](https://i0.wp.com/unihome2u.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Starhill-Single-Room-1.jpg?fit=5120%2C3840&ssl=1) ![](https://i0.wp.com/unihome2u.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/IMG_3130.HEIC.jpg?fit=3024%2C4032&ssl=1) ![](https://i0.wp.com/unihome2u.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/IMG_3133.HEIC.jpg?fit=3024%2C4032&ssl=1) ![](https://i0.wp.com/unihome2u.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Starhill-Deluxe-Room-Common-Bathroom-2.jpg?fit=5120%2C3840&ssl=1)
