1) Choose your preferred room from the available room, then choose a date and make a booking. 2) Make your payment and fill in your details as per instructed. 3) Packed your luggage and ready for check-in.
1) You'll receive your individual passcode for the smart lock of your unit via WhatsApp/Email. Use the passcode to enter the unit. 2) Open our app and click Check-In. Follow the instructions and you're done!
The deposit is refundable upon your check-out, usually within 14 working days. After you check-out from our app, we'll arrange a schedule for room inspection and proceed with the move-out form. Once you've filled in the form and submit back to us, we'll proceed for the refund.
You should pay the deposit and any remaining balance during your move-in and check-in.
Yes, we allow you to upgrade, downgrade or change your room. However, it's subject to the room availability. You may upgrade to a higher-tier room or downgrade to a lower-tier room, or switch to another same-tier room. Anyway, if you can't cope with your roommate, whether it's due to hygiene or lifestyle, you're always welcome to contact our team for a room change too.
Advance rental is the first month rental which is paid upfront as a proof of your genuine interest to secure and book for the room. It serves as the first month rental during your stay so you'll only be paying your monthly rental from second month onwards.
